Involvement & Impact

My HR role at Soundzipper is designed as a proactive position that assists management to maintain business continuity and success. HR oversees the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff, consults with management on strategic planning and serves as a link between the management team and employees. HR identifies the key motivators and retention factors for each employee.
