Some residents might find this extremely loud and disturbing including those who are working at the Paya Lebar Airbase Acoustic Testing. Like any airforce, the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) is one of the pillars of deterrence in Singapore.
Soundzipper LLP was specially requested in testing the Field Sound Transmission Class (FSTC) and Reverberation Time (RT) ratings. This is for a set of newly built classrooms at the military airbase.
As servicemen we know, during the 2 years of national service the professionalism and standard of operations are clinical. As part of today’s growing technology in military advances as trainees is essential and must be kept up to date.
These classes provide servicemen with the proper hearing and vocal activity within the room. As part of defending our skies, these classrooms provide a safe and suitable environment for all trainees, WOSPECS and Officers alike.
